Deposit & Payment
Once you select your date and location a “hold” may be placed for a period of two weeks. A confirming reservation, accompanied by a $500.00 non-refundable deposit, must be received within this time period to secure your date. If no deposit is received by the end of the two weeks, the “hold” will be cancelled and the date will be released.

Fifty percent of the applicable rental fee must be paid six months prior to the event, or at the time of the reservation, whichever is later.

Payment for all additional charges is due two weeks prior to the event. This will include such things as rental of specialty equipment and / or fees for guests counts over 200.
