Basic Membership Categories:

Individual Memberships

$60 per year

One membership card for one named adult.
Applies to individuals under 62 years of age.
   

Couple/Dual Memberships

$70 per year

        Two membership cards, one name on each card.
        Applies to adults under 62 years of age.
        Membership will use one address.

Family/Grandparents Memberships

$80 per year                                   
           
Two membership cards, one name on each card, and includes children between the ages of 5 –17 years of age.
Children under the age of five are admitted free of charge.           
Membership will use one address.

Senior Memberships

$55 per year for senior individuals
$65 per year for senior dual/couples

        Seniors must be 62 years of age or above.

 

Patron Membership Categories:

Patron categories admit 2 adults and children. Invitations to special Patron Events, Director’s Book Club, NEW! Garden D-Tours for Kids for children ages 8 – 12, and NEW! Twilight Pass for admission to selected evenings.

Contributing	$150, all of the above.
Sponsoring	$250, all of the above plus, 4 one-time guest passes, waived fee on selected lectures each quarter.
Sustaining	$500, all of the above plus, one guest pass (for a total of 3 adults), private behind-the-scenes tour for 5.
Benefactor	$1,000, all of the above plus, additional guest pass (for a total of 4 adults), wine & cheese reception for 10 in Gardens location, personalized event planning for events held at Descanso, complimentary family gift membership.

       

Major Giving Opportunities

Recognized Donors

Recognized Donors are members who would like to give above and beyond their membership donation.  It is available to any member.  Donations as Recognized Donors go directly to help cultural (or educational) programming at Descanso Gardens.  Along with their current benefit package, anyone choosing to give as a Recognized Donor will receive: named recognition in the quarterly Descanso News, recognition at specific supported events, invitations to all patron level events, one additional guest pass, waived fee for your professional photographer to come in and do family photo shoot in the Gardens (arranged through the Development Office), opportunity to use Minka for private function (max. of 20 guests, M-F only during regular business hours – food not included).
