The Camellia Wine Dinner menu includes Kabocha Pumpkin with burnt onion, Chinese sausage, edible ferns and crème fraîche, and a 36-Hour Imperial Wagyu beef brisket. Each course will be perfectly paired with a wine selection to complement the dish.
