Plant Identification Workshop

Learn the basics of plant identification in this four-part series with Autumn Ayers, the Garden Records & Collections Manager at Descanso Gardens.
This class is geared towards learners looking to build confidence in plant identification and will help you build skills to recognize the plants around you.
$80 members, $100 non-members. Meets on Saturdays from September 6–27.
Advance registration required. Registration opens to members on August 5 at 10am and to non-members on August 11 at 10am.
About Autumn Ayers
Autumn Ayers is the Garden Records & Collections Manager at Descanso Gardens. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Horticulture in 2018, she interned in Public Horticulture at the University of Pennsylvania and in Plant Records at Longwood Gardens before joining the Descanso Gardens team in 2021.
