Join us for a special pop-up yoga class led by Joyce Shuman on Saturday, October 8 from 8:30–10am in the Rose Garden. The class includes a 25-minute fitness walk and 60-minute yoga practice.
If you want to keep your body moving fluidly throughout your life, having a strong, healthy back is a must. Yoga is a gentle yet powerful and effective way to both stretch and strengthen the back and increase its flexibility. This class will give you a taste of yoga for all bodies, focusing on your spinal movement and strength.
Meets in the Rose Pavilion. $20 members, $25 non-members. Advance registration required.

Take home some high-quality mulch at the Auxiliary Parking Lot on October 22 from 8–10am. Descanso’s horticulture staff will be on hand to answer any mulching questions.
Bring your own containers to tote mulch home (maximum of three containers). Supplies are limited and available first come, first served.
