View displays created by Descanso horticulture staff at the lake, Bird Observation Station, and California Garden that celebrate the importance of our oaks and the habitat they create. Come explore, play and create with us under the oaks on the Main Lawn. Families with young children (age 2–5 years old) will enjoy doing arts and crafts and nature exploration together each month.

Tina is a Culture Bearer, traditional singer and dancer, storyteller and poet who strives to honor her ancestors and inspire others to respect the lands, water, sacred elements and environment.
