Join us for a special pop-up yoga class led by Barbara Wood on Saturday, September 10 from 8:30–10am in the Rose Garden. Rejuvenate your body and mind after a 25-minute garden walk and 60-minute yoga practice.
Yoga can slow down the natural decline of bone mass while simultaneously improving strength and balance. A daily yoga practice can improve your bone density as you learn proper alignment and what is safe to do.
Meets in the Rose Pavilion. $20 members, $25 non-members. Advance registration required, registration opens Monday, August 15.
