Join us for a special pop-up yoga class led by Barbara Wood on Saturday, October 29 from 8:30–10am in the Rose Garden. The class includes a 25-minute fitness walk and 60-minute yoga practice.

In practicing yoga with someone, the body of your partner becomes an extension of your own and enhances your understanding of a stretch. You can sign up with or without a partner; we’ll switch partners throughout the workshop.

Meets in the Rose Pavilion. $20 members, $25 non-members. Advance registration required, click here to register.
