Join us for a special pop-up yoga class led by Barbara Wood on Saturday, October 29 from 8:30–10am in the Rose Garden. The class includes a 25-minute fitness walk and 60-minute yoga practice.
In practicing yoga with someone, the body of your partner becomes an extension of your own and enhances your understanding of a stretch. You can sign up with or without a partner; we’ll switch partners throughout the workshop.

About Barbara Wood
Certified as a Hatha Yoga instructor, Barbara‘s yoga style incorporates her background as a modern dancer, specifically Alignment Release Technique, and F.M. Alexander Technique. She trained under Dr. Loren Fishman, NY, and is certified as a Yoga for Osteoporosis and Yoga for Back Pain therapist.
