Four-week morning yoga session starting Friday, November 15. Please note there will be a one week break for the Thanksgiving holiday. Class dates are as follows: November 15, 22, December 6 & 13.
Includes a 25-minute fitness walk and 60-minutes yoga practice. $58 for a four-week session. Advance registration and minimum enrollment required. Please note that this program is non-refundable.
