This year, Carved welcomes internationally acclaimed artist Alexander Reichstein to Descanso Gardens for his U.S. exhibition debut. Based in Helsinki, Reichstein creates intricate, otherworldly figures from hand-worked wire, transforming delicate lines into life-sized sculptures that seem to emerge from the darkness. Illuminated by UV light, his ghostly creations bring a sense of wonder and mystery to the labyrinth.
