New Year Yoga

Join us for an eight-week Friday yoga class with Joyce Shuman in the Rose Pavilion every Friday from January 12–March 1, 8:30–10am.

This well-rounded hatha yoga class includes stretching and strengthening poses, mindful movement explorations, and breathwork.

We practice movement variations for all bodies, from gentle to moderate, including options for all abilities to feel included. 

Each class includes a 25-minute fitness walk and 60-minute yoga practice.

About the instructor

Joyce Shuman teaches yoga for all bodies; to support you with mindful breath and movement that benefits your individual yoga practice. Joyce is a RYT 1000@ Certified Yoga Therapist through Loyola Marymount University.
