Sketch a Story

Learn to tell the story of a place through sketching with John Pitblado. This workshop begins with a short tour of Descanso Gardens and goes on to an exploration of simple compositional strategies used to record the Descanso landscape.
$35 members, $45 non-members. Advance registration required, registration opens to members on June 5 at 10am and to non-members on June 10 at 10am.

About John Pitblado
John Pitblado has always been drawn to the creative arts. This passion led him to the University of Minnesota and the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, where he was immersed in the world of fine arts and garment textile design. In 2017, he joined Urban Sketchers Los Angeles.
