Sound Bath and Somatic Meditation is sold out

Join us for a soothing sound bath and gentle somatic movement meditation with Modular Sound Bath.

Let’s use this opportunity to listen deeply to the sounds of the garden, the tones of crystal bowls and modular synth, and the wisdom within our subconscious.

After leading you through a brief opening with breathwork, we will share a sonic journey meant to help you drop into your own unique experience.

During the sound bath, there will be an invitation for light movement/somatic meditation.

You will be welcome to engage in movement or experience the sound bath in stillness, or a combination! Appropriate for all levels and abilities. 

$15 for members, $20 for non-members. Advance registration required, please note that the Sound Bath and Somatic Meditation is sold out.

This session meets at the Fibonacci Spiral off the path to the Boddy House. If you need assistance finding the Fibonacci Spiral, please ask Guest Services for directions.

Modular Sound Bath with Christian Castaño and Brandee Goatcher are a duo interested in raising vibrations via direct tonal healing. Their sound baths stimulate the mind and body, bringing participants into a more balanced and aware state of being.
