Summer Yoga

Join us for an eight-week yoga series with Barbara Wood every Tuesday.

This yoga series is based on Hatha Yoga, which includes stretches, strengthening poses, breathing exercises, and mindful movement.

The practice adapts to individual needs. Each class includes a 25-minute fitness walk and a 60-minute yoga practice.

This class is open to all levels. Students should bring their own yoga mat and water bottle.

This class meets on the Main Lawn.

Members only, $136 per participant.

Advance registration required. Registration will open to members on June 5 and non-members on June 10.


About Barbara Wood

Barbara Wood wants everyone to leave class feeling stronger and uplifted. Her yoga style incorporates her dance background, specifically Alignment Release and F.M. Alexander techniques.

She is a certified Hatha Yoga instructor and a Yoga for Osteoporosis and Yoga for Back therapist.
