Tai Chi

October 17 @ 8:30 am - 10:30 am

$15 – $25

Tai chi is an art of relaxation, focus, and balance that helps increase flexibility and supports overall physical and mental well-being.

Space is limited—register in advance. Registration will open to members on September 4 and to non-members on September 10.

Tai chi emphasizes the coordination of breath and body movement to enhance energy flow, promote blood circulation, and improve body awareness.

The practice helps increase flexibility and supports overall physical and mental well-being.

The class will begin with qigong as a warm-up exercise, followed by step-by-step instruction for each tai chi form.

Open to all levels.

Meets at Fibonacci Spiral.

$15 members, $25 non-members

Please note: This program takes place at the Fibonacci Spiral, a more intimate setting with slightly sloped terrain. Be prepared for a more compact practice area that offers a unique opportunity to practice tai chi amongst the oaks.
