This special Garden Table dinner will feature a Japanese-inspired, four-course menu by Chef Kimie Ogasahara, Pastry Chef at Nobu.

The experience highlights the beauty of peak-season ingredients sourced from local farms, including Coleman Family Farms and Hungry Gardens.

Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated progression of dishes—from elegant appetizers to a seafood course, a Wagyu beef entrée, and dessert—each reflecting a refined Japanese farmhouse influence.

Ingredients such as sustainable seafood, cherries, microgreens, and edible flowers, freshly selected prior to the event, will shape the evening’s menu.

Each course will be paired with a selection of wines, including Italian varietals, as well as sake from Uka Sake, creating a dynamic and immersive dining experience.
